With our production team, I implemented, and creatively lead our Social Strike Force. A rotating team of internal creatives, agency partners and straight up assassins. By streamlining approval layers and focusing on speed, we delivered over 40 educational, yet delightful posts a month across all channels.

This style allowed us to react in real time to timely events. We did The NBA House Draft with our agency partners, FIG. The Twitter effort recommended new homes to top draft picks in their new cities.




It also allowed us to stockpile a bank of endlessly repteatable ideas we could always turn to when we need a fast post. We built this “cottage core” tool kit that’s a big, beautiful enough idea to house any kind of messaging we might need.





Social is a great place for info-tainment. “Zimplified” is one of the quick-turn properties we invented to help make complex real-estate concepts short, simple, and delightful.
